Welcome to SafeHaven Solutions. By using our services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

SafeHaven Solutions offers family concierge services to support individuals navigating the court, incarceration, and re-entry process. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Court date reminders and scheduling assistance.

  • Paperwork preparation and task tracking.

  • Commissary and phone account support.

  • Visitation coordination.

  • Family communication updates.

  • Re-entry preparation and resource referrals.

SafeHaven Solutions is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation or legal advice.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are:

  • At least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent/guardian.

  • Authorized to share case-related information with us.

3. Payments & Billing

  • Payment is required in advance for all subscription plans (Basic, Standard, Premium).

  • Services automatically renew each month unless canceled.

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

  • All sales are final. Refunds are only issued in cases of billing errors.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information.

  • Notify us promptly of any changes to court dates, inmate status, or contact information.

  • Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws.

Failure to provide accurate information may limit our ability to deliver services effectively.

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all information shared with us. However, you acknowledge that no system is 100% secure, and SafeHaven Solutions cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access.

6. Limitations of Service

  • SafeHaven Solutions is not responsible for missed deadlines, denied visitation requests, or other outcomes outside of our control.

  • We do not guarantee legal outcomes or release dates.

  • Transportation coordination refers to arranging third-party services (e.g., ride-shares, transport providers) and does not include personally providing rides.

7. Liability Disclaimer

SafeHaven Solutions is not liable for:

  • Court penalties, legal fees, or fines incurred by the client.

  • Errors caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

  • Issues resulting from third-party providers (e.g., payment processors, transportation services).

Our services are intended to support families, not replace professional legal or financial counsel.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • Payments are not received on time.

  • A client engages in abusive or unlawful behavior.

  • There is misuse of the service.

Clients may cancel services at any time, with cancellation effective at the end of the billing cycle.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
